>Gibson Les Paul Usa Standard Plus 2007 Aaa Top Flame 1 Pc Back White Lined Hsc
The perfect Les Paul - a 2007 Standard Plus with an AMAZING chevron pattern flame bookmatched maple top on what looks to be a solid 1 piece mahogany back. Hard to show how DEEP this flame is in photos, but there are several angles show to try to do it justice. Finished in a beautiful washed cherryburst and creme binding. nice Rosewood board. Action, setup and playability is all first-class, not to mention TONE for days. Has only one ding in the finish laquer ONLY... a small craze that I tried to show it the best I could in the photos. It is invisibe from a foot away, but my reputation has been built on being fussy about condition. Honestly, we see a lot of Gibsons, and this is surely one of the finest Standards I've ever seen at anywhere near this price. Comes with original discontinued white lined hardshell case and paperwork. The best part - this Les Paul only weighs 7lbs 10 oz. Does it get any better? I handpicked this one from many...it is the one you want. My feedback speaks for itself, and you will not be dissapointed in this one. I am happy to ship overseas, and buyers only pay actual shipping cost.
Although it vanished from the Gibson catalog after 1960, the classic single-cutaway Les Paul Standard came roaring back in the late '60s to establish itself as the most powerful electric guitar in rock. Eric Clapton has long raved about the slim, fast 1960-profile neck on his stolen "Beano" 'Burst, and everyone from Mike Bloomfield to Jimmy Page to Jeff Beck also picked up a Les Paul Standard to lay down rock foundations that have never been shaken. Celebrate the age when the Les Paul first took the throne as the king of rock, with all of the classic appointments of the most desirable Standards, it takes you straight to the heart of the golden age of rock.
A carved Grade-A maple top is glued to a weight-relieved Grade-A mahogany body, and treated to a genuine nitrocellulose lacquer finish. A one-piece, quarter-sawn, Grade-A mahogany neck is carved to an authentic '60-style profile with depths of .800" at the 1st fret and .875" at the 12th, and capped with a Grade-A rosewood fingerboard with 22 medium-jumbo frets and Gibson's beloved 12" radius for easy, choke-free bending. Topped off with a 17-degree back-angled headstock for optimum pressure in the slots of the guitar's PLEK-cut Corian® nut—key components of the Les Paul's superior resonance and sustain—it all adds up to a singing, toneful instrument even before you plug it in.Tonal solidity and sustain are further ensured by a Tune-o-matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece, while a set of vintage-look pearloid Tone Pros keystone tuners with pearloid buttons take the traditional look right over the top. Further classic appointments include acrylic trapezoid fingerboard inlays, vintage cream neck and body binding and pickguard, a mother-of-pearl Gibson headstock logo and silkscreened gold "Les Paul Model," and '59 gold bell knobs.
